1. Warranty Coverage 

Revélo is committed to providing high quality refurbished bicycles. We offer a 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.  

Covered Under Warranty: 

• Frame and fork: Covered for 6 months against structural defects. 
• Components (brakes, derailleurs, shifters, crankset, etc.): Covered for 6 months for defects in 
• workmanship. 
• Wheels and hubs: Covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. 
• Accessories installed by revelo (lights, racks, fenders, etc.): Covered for 6 months if faulty due to 
• workmanship. 

Not Covered Under Warranty: 

• Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, grips, etc.). 
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance. 
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties. 
• Oxidisation, punctures or cosmetic damage. 
• Bicycles used for commercial purposes (e.g., rentals, courier services) unless otherwise specified. 

2. Warranty Claim Process 

To make a warranty claim: 

• Contact our customer service at info@revelopb.co.uk with your proof of purchase and a description of 
• the issue. 
• If necessary, bring or ship the bicycle (or affected part) to our authorized service location. 
• Our team will assess the issue and determine if it falls under warranty coverage. 
• If approved, we will repair the defective part at no cost.  

3. Limitations & Disclaimers 

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 
• We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the bicycle. 
• Warranty service does not extend or renew the original warranty period. 

4. Maintenance & Proper Use

To ensure warranty eligibility: 

• Perform regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. 
• Use the bicycle only for its intended purpose and in appropriate conditions. 
• Store the bicycle properly to prevent environmental damage.
